Prioritize safety when planning board retreats

With the COVID-19 vaccine slowly circulating through population, many nonprofits are getting anxious to start meeting in person—both terms of their usual board meetings and annual retreats. Due pandemic, most skipped retreats last year, cautiously optimistic that they can plan outings as things begin return normal coming months.
